Knytt Stories Plus Fan Level
During a school assignment at PSQ we got to create levels using the Knytt Stories Plus level editor. I made a short level where the main character would need to journey out and get some milk, as they need it to sleep at night.
But on their way to the store they would fall down a dark hole and get transported into a magical underworld, full of platforming, puzzles, and even a very small boss fight.
In one of the first areas I bring attention to the different colored tiles in the ceiling, and how they might be of importance in somekind of upcoming puzzle.
Here is the puzzle. The platforms which the player needs to use in order to get to the other side are invisible. However, the green colored tiles in the roof shows the player how they are layed out, and gives them an idea of how they have to jump.
Here is another example of an obstacle that the player needs to get past before they reach the end. A last room where there are literal heaps of what the main character longed for since the beginning...
